There are four tabs to narrow the search criteria. The Date & Time tab enables you to specify the date / time for a file when it was modified or created. The Content & Size file enables you to specify the size limits of the file. There is an option to search a file by contant, but this option could take a VERY long time. The last tab is Attributes. You can search for files by specifing the attributes of the files ( read-only, hidden, system, archive).
