Instead manually mapping drives you can select startup script or scheduled task option to run the powershell scripts which would perform the task of remapping drives at every login. When you download and extract zip file content, you will have the following files inside a folder, Launch MapDrvFix.exe and click on yes no UAC dialogue box, It may take some time to start the utility as it performs the necessary checks.
You will be presented with two options, Startup Script or Scheduled Task. You can click on the enable button for a suitable option. If you are unsure about which option to go for then select Scheduled Task option as it will work irrespective of kind of network you are connected too.
