Don’t worry, you are not an idiot, it is really not there. Starting with version 5.3, PHP dropped the ISAPI support in
favor of the FastCGI alternative provided by Microsoft.
Don’t ask me why, I don’t now. What I know is that I like the ISAPI interface very much and I prefer it than setting
