An easy to follow practice drill for your swing is to take a stance as if you were going to swing at the golf ball, but without the golf club in your hand and with a smooth swift motion pretend that you are going to take a swing at a golf ball. This practice drill is to increase flexibility in the hip muscles and the upper back and shoulders.
