Simply, it is a software dealing with all kinds of "weights and measures" conversion derived from metrology, such as "100 degrees(F) = ? degrees(C)" (i.e. How many degrees Centigrade do 100 degrees Fahrenheit equal to), "3.2 pounds = ? grams = ? grains", "1.83 meters = ? feet and inches", "5.7 fluid drams = ? fluid ounces = ? centiliters", "1.9 gallons (United States) gasoline = ? liters = ? pints (United Kingdom)", and so on.
