ired of doubleclicking on that very small ICQ icon on the other side of the screen when you receive a message? Heres the solution! This program simulates that doubleclick for you! Simply run the program, and you can press the Shortcut Key to open ICQ! So, when you received a message, simply press the Shortcut Key to read it when YOU want it.
