Easy to use bids and quotes software allows you to enter the client's information and save it to a database if you like or just print out the bid. The purpose of this software is so that whoever accepts the office calls and is behind the PC can fill in all the customer details and bid details, along with the estimator's name who will be handling the bid. Estimators can just pick up their list of bids for the day with all of the client's information on it and the exact description of the job the estimator is supposed to bid. It is not meant to give to the client. It is for internal office and estimator use so that each estimator knows exactly what bids and what times he is supposed to be there. All data can easily be backed up and it even has a mailing list feature for clients you have already bid on. This makes it simple to do mass mailing to people you have already quoted, to let them know of any relevant sales or new information you want to send to your own in-house mailing list of prospective clients.
